Returns

Returns and exchanges:

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, offering either store credit or a refund minus a 10% restocking fee.
Items must be returned in their original, unused and undamaged condition, with all packaging intact.
Sale and ex-display items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Faulty goods

Claims for faulty or damaged items must be made within 60 days of delivery.
Approved claims will be resolved via store credit only.

Processing time:

Credits or refunds are processed within five business days of return approval.
