Terms of Service
The Barbie messaging service (the 'Service') is operated by Barbie ('Barbie', 'we' or 'us'). By using the Service, you agree to these terms and conditions (the “Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also amend these Mobile Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any amendments shall constitute your acceptance of them.
By consenting to Barbie’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Barbie via your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if it is registered with any state or federal Do Not Call lists. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialling system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts and information (e.g. order updates and account alerts). Promotional messages may include offers, promotions and other marketing information (e.g. cart reminders).
You understand that you are under no obligation to sign up to this programme in order to make any purchases, and that your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Barbie. Your participation in this programme is completely voluntary.
We do not charge for the service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees imposed by your wireless provider for text messaging. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including those imposed by your wireless provider.
You can opt out of the service at any time. To do so, text the keyword 'STOP' to Barbie or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message. You will then receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. You will not receive any further messages, unless you initiate them. If you have subscribed to other Barbie mobile messaging programmes and wish to cancel, you will need to opt out separately from those programmes by following the instructions provided in their respective terms and conditions, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the service at any time and will notify you of these changes. Please note that we will not be responsible for honouring requests made in messages sent to a short code or telephone number that we have changed and that such messages may not be received.
The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the programme with your new number.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for the failure, delay or misdirection of the delivery of any information sent through the Service, errors in such information and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
