Domestic shipping: Our items are sent via Australia Post using SafeDrop or Aramex. If an item is needed urgently, we can arrange express postage through Australia Post. Please note that Australia Post does not handle fragile items, and while we endeavour to ensure your items are well protected, we cannot guarantee their safe arrival. For this reason, we offer Shiptection shipping insurance at the time of checkout, providing 100% peace of mind should an incident arise.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days, unless the item is available for pre-order, in which case this will be stated in the listing. (Please see our terms and conditions for more information on pre-orders.) Please note that during sale periods, due to an influx of orders, you may need to allow an additional 1–2 business days for order dispatch.

International shipping: The cost of international shipping depends on your location. Shipping times can take anywhere from 5 working days to 3 weeks, depending on your location. Customs and duty charges may apply depending on your location, and these charges are the responsibility of the buyer. By proceeding with your purchase, you agree to these terms. 

Delivery times: Delivery can take anywhere from two to seven business days, depending on your location. You will be notified when your order is dispatched, at which point you will be given a tracking number. 

Please note that orders to rural or remote areas may take longer; orders to Western Australia can take approximately 2–3 weeks. If you live in a rural or remote area, or in SA, WA or NT, an additional surcharge may be added to your shipping costs. This will not be calculated at checkout; you will be contacted via email and given the option to pay the difference or receive a refund for the product(s) you ordered. ETA shipping times are provided by the courier company and, unfortunately, are out of Barbie’s control.

We do our best to dispatch orders promptly; once dispatched, however, we are at the mercy of the courier companies. If you require express postage, please contact us.
