Terms & Conditions
1. Damaged or faulty goods
If your parcel arrives damaged, contact the courier immediately. Then, email us at service@barbie.com with your enquiry number, and we will assist you with making a claim.
Claims must be made within 60 days of delivery.
Approved claims will be resolved via store credit only; cash refunds are not offered.
After 60 days, issues are considered indirect or incidental and are not eligible for claims.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses.
2. Returns & Change of Mind
Eligible products may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in their original, unused and undamaged condition.
Returns outside these conditions may be refused.
If you request a refund instead of store credit, a 10% restocking fee will be charged to cover merchant fees, warehouse handling and admin costs.
3. Cancellations
Orders cancelled after checkout will incur a 10% restocking fee.
If the order has been dispatched, you must return the item at your own expense. A credit note, minus the restocking fee, will be issued once the item has been received.
4. Sale and ex-display items
All purchases marked 'Sale' or 'Ex-Display' are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
5. Discounts & promo codes
Only one discount can be applied per order.
Discounts cannot be applied to special orders, such as PayPal/email orders, layaways or custom listings.
All codes must be entered at checkout; post-purchase adjustments are not available.
6. Store credits and gift vouchers
Store credits and gift vouchers can be redeemed against products only (excluding shipping).
Gift vouchers expire three years from the purchase date.
7. Pre-orders
Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items will be shipped together. If you would like the in-stock items to be sent earlier, please contact us — additional shipping fees may apply.
Pre-order dates are estimates only and may change due to delays caused by suppliers or customs.
